Inquiry on USCIS page

Has anyone had any luck with raising an inquiry on the USCIS page when your case is over the processing time stated? USCIS website says current I751 processing time is 31 months. I'm at 35 months, so I sent an inquiry for it being outside the processing time. And they just got back saying, it's within normal processing time - which it clearly is not. 🫠

Timeline:

I751 w Divorce Waiver Submitted - 9/29/2021

Biometrics Taken - 11/24/2021

Ready for Interview - 5/16/2023

There is a link below the 31 months that states "When can I ask about my case?"  When you enter your receipt date and click the Get Inquiry Date button, it will tell you when you are allowed to inquire about your case.  Until that date is past, you are still within processing times.

Sorry, the waiting really sucks.  My wife is about to submit her i751 too.  She's not looking forward to the wait.
