We submitted our documents into CEAC back in February and we knew that processing times could vary so we just waited, so we waited for like 4 months.. Then we messaged them and we just had a few back and forths where they just copy-pasted some requirements about submitting files, what documents are required, etc. But they never gave us an answer about what document they had a problem with. So we went through everything, looking for possible mistakes, we even had to get a new marriage cert cause town hall lost the original, and I had to get a new birth certificate.. I'm not even gonna detail all of it, it was a nightmare honesty. We even asked an immigration attorney but she couldn't find anything wrong.

Then NVC sent husband and email that they're gonna call him in a few days to help us in case we have issues submitting documents, which sounded like they thought we didn't understand something.

It turns out that they are not seeing any documents that we submitted and it's some kind of glitch in the system. The lady said the IT people are gonna figure it out. It's been a week and we emailed them once but nothing so far..

Btw I don't understand why they couldn't say "there are no documents submitted" in the first email, why did they let us submit them one by one and then gave the same response. Anyways.

Has anyone had this issue before?

I mean I'm glad we figured out but I'm also really angry and feel stupid that we haven't contacted them sooner and weren't more aggressive.

And I'm scared that they'll just never solve it or it's gonna take months or something.

Some of the docs are showing up as accepted now so maybe that's something? But they haven't replied to our inquiry. Sorry I just feel so tired

When you upload all documents did you klick one off that two buttons “upload all documents“?

Do you mean "submit documents"? We did that. And the states changed to submitted in the table as well.
