Hi,

Did I read here somewhere that there is a government web link where you can lookup your trips outside the USA if you are a Visa holder?

My wife is finalizing her online N-400 for naturalization but may have lost track of one or two of her short trips to Colombia, and sometimes there are no passport stamps to consult.

We had to use passport stamps, personal calendars, and airline records for wife's trips.  There is no online government record for Green Card holders (I-94s).

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I think greencard holders can submit a FOIA request for their travel history, correct?

We also tracked my wife's travels on our own via bookings, etc.  There may be a government site, but I am not sure how long it takes to get a response.  Here is a good resource for this particular issue including how to file an FOI with CBP.

You can do an I94 search online, which will give travel history, that tracks your entries into the US - https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/history-search

i finally get response today from CBP said they gonna closed my submission because i didnt submit signature request (which i did). i filed 3 months ago. i just submit appeal because literally on the portal it showed that i already supply everything that they asked for, they just blind and cant see. let see how long it's gonna be. some people reported its around 13 months wait.

Yes, the government does not respond to FOI requests in a very efficient manner.  Much easier to track this individually than rely on CBP.

Wow! This is really interesting that i-94s arent there for greencard holders. I'm planning for when I get my greencard that i'll be crossing the southern border and theres no inspection leaving. I've had people say to me that having my google maps location on will help track my trips out of the US
