Hello, my husband who lives abroad just moved to a new apartment.

Our I-130 has been approved and our case is at NVC.

We only paid our fees and did not submit any form or document yet.

Do we need to inform USCIS or NVC about change of address?

i can't find any info about this.

thank you if anyone can help.

Was DS-260 filed yet?

Hi, no we just paid fees and waiting for them to be accepted.

We did not fill DS260 yet.

We just got our I-130 approved, and logged into NVC.

My husband (spouse abroad) moved to new address 1 day after our I130 approval.

What should we do? do we have to contact USCIS or NVC at this moment?

Use his new address on the affidavit of support and DS 260.  No worries. No "notification".

thank you, so no need to contact or submit any address change inquiry?

just provide most correct address when we file AOS and DS260 forms on NVC?

I just want to make sure I don't do anything to cause denial or delay. thank you.

I meant exactly what I said, literally.  No need for any "notification".
