I am a new member!! Our PD for I-130 (California service center) applied at June 2023,

We had our I-130 approval notice September 23.

NVC sent us email yesterday (September 26)

We logged in and paid our fees.

I am collection documents to upload now but I'm confused about one requirement.

If civil documents such as birth certificate etc are in English, do they have to be translated by official translator or apostilled?

Our civil documents can be printed english from our government website, but do they have to have a seal of official translator or official person?

much greetings from Texas!

Documents in English or in the local language, do not need translation at the NVC or Consulate stages.  For the exact document needed and how to obtain it, start here.  https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country.html

Also download and become an A-Student of the I-864 INSTRUCTIONS and the form itself.
