Right I still have not received my EAD, had to get a secong Biometrics done as I had not paid for it when I first applied (silly mistake), not that they bothered to tell me about this until after 90 days of waiting when I made an Infopass. Got 2nd Bio done 18th July and got touched on 31st July and then nothing. It has now been nearly 4 months since I applied and doesn't seem any closer and no way to get information on where it is at. Anyone know anything that I can do, money is really really tight now and Im going mental not working for this long :crying:

Is it time to look at congressman or anything

I think that you should try an infopass again before asking your congressman to get involved.

It took about six weeks from when Claudeth had her biometrics for the EAD until she was approved and then another 4 days for the card to arrive.

Good luck
