I wonder how they process our paperworks once they receive our I129F packet. Is it like one person is responsible for checkign everything is there and pass it to another person.. Just curious.

I don't really know how to answer your question, but just wait for the NOA1 and NOA2 (w/c is approval notice) then they will forward to the NVC, and on the 3rd notice will be forwarding to the corresponding US Embassy abroad.

I was told that the mail room folks break down the packets and put them in a specific order for the reviewing officers. I think this is why it is recommended to fasten the documents with ACCO fasteners and if possible use some sort of dividers between document sections. I did this and our petition was approved in about two weeks. I don't know how the cases are assigned to each officer, can't remember what a read on this
