Currently, CEAC is experiencing intermittent issues with payments. During this time, payment processing may not be available. Please be patient if you are unable to submit a payment or if your payment shows 'In Process' longer than expected after submission. Maintenance is expected to be ongoing until further notice. Thank you for your understanding and support.

For instructions on scanning documents in the IV process, please visit travel.state.gov site.

 

How do I resolve this problem pls? I have been unable to pay the iv fee via the NVC webiste for over 3months now.. the payment was rejected, and I have been unable to make another payment ever since. Bcos it keeps showing error, everytime I tried... I have submitted a compliant through the public enquiry.. and nothing has been done to resolve the problem.. its been 3months now .. pls I need a solution..

I had success using Firefox as a browser. I think you also need to pay with a U.S. bank account not a credit card. This is what I did. I received receipts right away but the fees were not marked as Paid on CEAC for 6 days

hi folks, i had the same exact issue but i was able to pay with another browser however it says "in process" for last 3 days. Is this normal?
