Should I Apply for F2B While Awaiting AOS Decision Based on F4 Category?

I mean as per Feb 2023 guildlines of USCIS (I am under 21 as per CSPA). It's like backup application if AOS gets rejected for some reason. then I can have some backup. And if I apply for F2B then whether it complicates my case or not ? Should I do it or avoid doing it ?
