Hello! I just want to ask if there is a minimum value for the petitioners assets for saving or checking? Thank you so much! IMG_0473.thumb.jpeg.d0eea83b7e8600b4e672c511a1df0f27.jpeg

Of course.

The net value of a petitioner’s assets typically must total at least five times the difference between the petitioner’s household income and the federal poverty level for the petitioner’s household size, or three times the difference, for a U.S. citizen who is petitioning for a spouse or child.

However, USCIS is known to disregard assets, so finding a good joint sponsor is always superior option.

Please re-read my message. It explains how many assets the petitioner should have.

Assuming the petitioner's income is $20000 and he/she lives in one of the contiguous states with no dependants.

The 125% poverty guideline is $25,550.

Then for K-1 assets should be:

(25550 - 20000) * 5 = 27750

This is the least amount. The more is always the better, but joint sponsor is a solid solution.

If the petitioner's income meets the HHS Poverty Guidelines, there is no need to include any assets. You would only include assets if you need to make up an income deficit, as explained above.
