You don't mention anything in the ACRO police cert, you just order it and it arrives, you can't edit it in any way.

But none of the things you've mentioned are criminal offences, only civil.

@appleblossom thanks again - what I meant was; do I need to mention the offences when I fill up the form to receive the certificate.

Sounds like I don't need to mention it during the section where it asks for PCN/criminal offences.

How was your EB1A interview at the US Embassy in London? What questions did they ask you during the interview? Thank you.

Hi, I've not submitted my documents yet - waiting for PCC from my home country. I will update once I move further in my process.

Hello,

have you received any reply from the NVC? I see the processing times are very low- NVC is processing within 8-days of submitting docs.

You do need to add on a bit of time to that as we have to mail documents, unlike most applicants who just upload them. So I'd assume nearer a couple of weeks for EB applicants (from when the docs are delivered).

@appleblossom Ok thanks, I've not submitted my docs yet - still waiting on my police verification cert from my home country (India).

My attorney is US based, so assuming that they would send the docs from US.

Typically, when does NVC schedule the medicals?
Also, I don't have all medical history as required by CDC - would the medical officer in U.K. sort the required vaccines?

NVC doesn't schedule the medical, you have to do that yourself.

And yes, if you don't have proof of all the vaccines, you can have them done either yourself before the medical, or at the medical. There were quite a few vaccines we needed to have done and just got them done on the day at the medical appointment. It's not cheap though just to warn you!

@appleblossom No, it's still saying At NVC. They received my documents at NVC on the 4th Nov (checked my tracking ref)....no response from them yet! I will let you know as soon as I receive something.

The official timescales page says they're working on applications received on 5th Dec, but as I said above you do have to add a bit of time as you mailed your docs. I'd guess maybe another 4/5 days, hopefully not long at all. Keep an eye on your junk folder in case the email goes in to there.

Good luck.
