Do I need to submit Form I-134 somewhere or can my fiance bring it to her K1 visa interview?

I have just completed Form I-134 in preparation of my fiances interview at the embassy and am wondering if it needs to be submitted somewhere or if I can send it along with the supporting documentation to her to present at the K1 visa interview if needed.

Also two questions for the form:

1. Part 1 Question 1 Basis for filing. If I send it to her to show at the interview we should select "I am filing this form on behalf of Myself as the beneficiary" even though I'm the one that's filled it out right?

2. Part 2 Question 12 Beneficiary's Anticipated Length of Stay. What do we put for this? We don't know when her visa will be issued and obviously the plan is for us to get married nad have her stay here forever but selecting "no end date" seems wrong. I have seen people suggesting to write in TBD but any other suggestions/advice?

The I-134 is taken to the interview as explained in the VJ guide:

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

1.  Your fiancée is the beneficiary, not yourself.   You would select "Another individual who is the beneficiary"

2.  No end date is the correct selection.

As already mentioned above, the I-134 and supporting evidence is hand-carried to the interview.
