You don't pick it up at the consulate - you'd pick it up at Aramex. Have you filled out the Aramex required info on their website so they can contact you?

No, I have to pick it up at the consulate. The agent who interviewed me gave me a paper so that I could come and pick it up once it was finished.

well then that's completely different from every other person's case I've heard of in the past 8 years

Normally I was supposed to go through Aramex but it was the agent who told me that it was not worth it... finally I even got my visa and passport today, just now I went straight to the consulate in Moulay Youssef, they put the status on loan right away and gave me the papers
