Rejected i130 because of one mistake. Can I reuse forms?

I forgot to check “spouse” on my i130, I was just left blank. Everything was returned to me with a rejection notice. I want to know can I use the same form? I has now a line thru the barcode on the bottom and someone’s initials? I’m attaching a pic. It’s only on the first page and my electronic notice form

To avoid another rejection, just send a complete, new package.

Including my supporting documents? Meaning I need to copy my divorce certificate and passport again and such? They do not have a line on them but they do have light grey scanned numbers on the corners now

Yes, unless you want to get RFE.

Treat your rejected packet as if USCIS never seen your case.

If you miss some forms or evidence in second submission, your packet will get rejected or RFEd again.

Can I reuse the money order they returned? They said it was not cashed. Just they stapled it to the first form page

Do you want to risk it?

Why not just cash it and get a fresh one or better use personal check?

Start a fresh application package. I had used a wrong version of the form , back in the 2020 first quarter(many did the same mistake around that time, i believeit was I 485 form). I redid everything and sent with the letter they had in my rejection bundle. It went smoothly upon resubmission.

More mistakes seem to be made when filing on line.

File online. It is nearly impossible to make these mistakes when you do, because the system will not receive with blank areas.
