I've been waiting since May 2023 for my replacement GC. Today is the first day I can file for the I-751. USCIS agent that gave me the stamp in person told me to call the office if I still haven't received my card. But I called and they said they can't do anything.... What exactly am I supposed to do now? I can't file for I-751 without the card.. right?
