Did you pay before or after the new site was launched? We paid before and they have yet to merge our old application or payment to the new

Hello Zion, I think the site is a bit tricky. Did you get to the stages on these uploaded images? I faced a huge problem trying to register for documents delivery on that website for 3 weeks after creating an account because I couldn't it's confusing.

Hello Yommicy I’m unable to do anything on that website and it’s so frustrating🥹. So my I130 was approved for expedite processing on going to the website my case ID shows invalid on the website and even when I try the other option there’s no CR1 listed. Please help me if you got familiar with navigating the website

If your a family based immigrant visa applicant, you can schedule interviews by yourself, the NVC and Consulate will be the ones to work out your interview date and communicate it to you. As an IV applicant, you can only schedule appointments for drop -off and pickup of your documents. So, don't stress yourself much, just hope they find a date for your interview soon. Only non-immigrant visa applicants can schedule their own interviews.

Those are the standard procedures! I hope this is helpful to you

Hello dear, the embassy was the one who sent us with the website link to self schedule an appointment following our approved expedite request . It’s sadly the procedure they do for the immigrant visa when they grant an expedite in Cameroon, I have two other people who were granted an expedite like me and scheduled with no issues using the old website . The new website is a total disappointment, I guess I’ll have to reach back to the embassy or maybe NVC because the support service for that website is not helpful

I was documentarily approved in December 2023, and we expected interview date communicated to us but nothing. Lawyer wrote to NVC asking for an expedited processing in May 2024, but got approved for expedited processing on July 1. Got an email for interview August 8, slated interview for August 30 and rescheduled it to Sept. 6. It's possible that their new system allows IV applicant to schedule interviews but was confronted several times to wait for the embassy to schedule my interview, even when I was losing time on my academic program in the US because of which they later granted expedited processing.

Try the site again. Try these points in the screenshot, you'll be able to choose CR-1

It seems we had tried the above route, it had ended with us putting in his passport number. So after trying it again today it shows “duplicate applicant found”
At this point do we just wait for the embassy to reach out, or what’s the next step?

I’ve paid the visa fees, but when I try to book an appointment, it’s impossible. There are available slots, but as soon as I select one, it says 'Slot already used'. I’ve opened a ticket to report the issue, but I haven’t received any response yet. Has anyone else experienced this and knows how to fix it?

Hi,
I have the same issue. Did you get a response for the ticket or find a solution?
