Thanks so much for this response! Can I ask how long the estimated wait between requesting the new certificate and receiving it was for you? We have our interview in two weeks and aren’t sure if there will be enough time (kicking myself for just noticing now).

We chose the "expedited" service (or whatever they call it) which is more expensive, but it was completed the next business day and in our hands the next. A fantastic option if you're in a rush!

edit: this was just last week, so the time should be about the same!

edit 2 (sorry lol! 🤦🏻‍♀️) :  our creation and printing date were the same date also with this service. Best of luck! Can't wait to hear about your interview!

Ugh😰DQ'd Oct 8th, completed medical Feb 18th and interview was all set for next Monday 1st March, but just got the dreaded appointment being moved email and now rescheduled to April 8th. No reason provided, just said appointment was 'moved'. This sucks...

Oh for God’s sake!! How annoying. Why do they do this

Yup, just got the same thing. Interview moved from 2nd March to 7th April. But that's a Wednesday, so who knows given the past pattern if that is going to stick? Sick to my stomach tbh.

I've just had the email - heart sunk. March 2nd now moved to April 7th. No reasons given. Must make mental note, don't get excited about April 7th until April 7th.

My feelings exactly. I just emailed to ask for some clarity, reason, or a change of appointment, and I was just told reduced staff means there are no slots and just to attend on the 7th. Nothing else. So my family will have to travel ahead of me now as I spend that time away from wife and child. Gutting. Did the rest of March interviews survive so far?

My interview is scheduled  for 8th March, haven't had any email yet but I will be sure to keep an eye on it. It's a shame they're moving appointments though.

We’re scheduled for March 8 as well. Hopefully they’re not just cancelling appointments on a rolling basis. Makes me worried for next week if so.

I have my medical tomorrow - What's it like and how long did yours take?

Let's keep an eye on it and have our fingers crossed.

Hi, is there a list of places that you can get the medical done? Or do you do it at your local practise? Cheers :)

VisaMedicals in London is the only place you can have your medical examination. They are the embassies appointed Dr.

The approved one is in London.

https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/family-immigration/medical-examination/ Click on scheduling the appointment on this link and it tells you how to do that. Once booked, they send you a confirmation email with the address and a detailed list of paperwork you will need to bring with you.

I am so terribly sorry. This is heartbreaking and I can’t imagine how you all feel. This sucks :(

Has anyone actually gotten their visa out of the embassy recently? Maybe @Zeppeli or @ergreenwell10? We had our interview on Feb 9th and submitted an additional requested scan (just a clearer copy of the original so shouldn't have been a big deal) an hour later. It's been two weeks now and our status is still "Administrative Processing". We've tried contacting the embassy but they won't talk with us about the status of our application until it's been more than three weeks. With all the new delays in appointments I wonder if everything else is being delayed too (we sympathize with you guys, our appointment was moved too and it's so heartbreaking!).

Has anyone actually received their visa/passport back in February so far?

We just want this to be over :( March would mark a full year and a half since USCIS first received our green card application and we're so frustrated at being so close and yet still without any answers or resolution.
