So if I track my case at https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx, it says "At NVC" in bold at the top. Presumably then that means I won't be getting an IL this month? I was only DQ'd just over a week ago.

With my experience and my badge of folks that had ILs in February, our status still showed “AT NVC” but those in EB visa category showed “IN TRANSIT” a day or two to the day ILs were received. Ours changed after ILs received not prior. Hope this helps.

Just so you’re aware, the person you have quoted seems to have a different visa type to yours.

Oh right! Thank you for that! I’m just trying to figure out who in our category is getting IL and how quickly from the time received is an appointment available? I know I most likely won’t get my NVC docs dq’d until early May. So what is the likelihood of getting an interview end of June or is that just impossible? Any help or advice or ideas will be appreciated:)

Have you received your interview letter yet? If not, when you do, could you please let me know the timeframe options they have available for you? Is it like, a few days, a week, 3 weeks etc. just want to know from the letter time point, how quick can someone get an interview? Thank you!

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could answer my query. We have our interview scheduled for the end of May. When submitting our affidavit of support early this year, it was for the 2022 year (and was accepted). My partner has since filed his return for the 2023 year in April. We haven’t been asked to submit further supporting documents etc but I’m worried about turning up at the embassy and the visa being rejected because of this. To those who have interview dates in May/June or if you experienced this last year, what did you do?
