our appointment just came in for 16th november!!!

We got ours as well! DQ'd on 8 September, Appt on 15 November! Now to schedule the medical - cannot believe it's all happening, FINALLY!

DQ'd on September 29th, appointment email received on October 6th for November 29th.

yeh I noticed the date for document reviewing went backwards many weeks today  

 

my docs were submitted just a week after this date… 😩

We just got our DQ e-mail today.  For timeline purposes, our i130 application was submitted September 11th 2022, case was sent to Department of State on August 6 of this year, and after waiting to get things such as my wife's police certificate and dealing with a request for further information, we got the DQ e-mail this afternoon.  And now I suppose we wait for an interview date.

 

Based on a couple threads I've read, it looks like we can expect the date to be sometime in the range of late November to maybe the middle of December?

when did you last submit ur papers on ceac website? I assume it was sometime last week or within the last 10 days.

The final time I submitted documents to the site was on October 9th.  So yes, correct assumption

So I confirmed with multiple post updates, it seems like NVC document processing time is still 7-10 days Max.

Hope you are correct!! Fingers crossed. I am hoping to submit all documents to NVC by end of the week. I am still waiting on ACRO Police Certificate 😕

how long does the ARCO take to get generated and delivered in UK?

I submitted the police certificate application on Sep 23th. I am still waiting on the police certificate. From other threads, seems like they are taking about 4-5 weeks.

I also submitted documents on 10/9 and got DQ'd 10/17, looks like we have the same timeline! Hopefully it isn't too long before the interview letter😅
