Hi--Waiting for DQ now, hoping it comes early next week.

Does anybody know around when the cut off was in July for September ILs?

Hoping we will make it in for October ILs but would love anyone's thoughts or experiences on when the cut off has been the past few months.

We actually got our September letter in early August (the 3rd to be exact) for a mid-September interview (18th) so seems there isn't a lot of rhyme or reason to when ILs go out and when the interviews are scheduled for. Still, based on our timeline, if you've been DQ'd this month, you can pretty much guarantee an interview in October.

Hope that helps!

Has anyone gotten their ILs for October interviews? When did you receive? Thanks!

I thought we would get them this week. But we haven’t gotten ours yet (DQ’d 08/17).

Yeah me too! We're DQ'd 8/18.

Well that's sort of good to hear... maybe they're just a little late this month and we will get it in next few days 🤞

I hope so! I did read in this thread that some got the IL in the beginning of the month. So maybe it’ll be right after Labor Day!

Hello!

Thanks to everyone that has provided their timelines so far, this is SUPER helpful when trying to estimate wait times. Waiting for an IR1 interview for my Spouse, I'm the USC/petitioner but we both live in the UK (I lived here for years before I met him). We submitted the DS260, 1-864(s) (we have a joint sponsor as I dont have a US job as I am also moving with my spouse) and all documents to be reviewed by NVC on 30 August, so hoping to be DQ'd by mid-September, and then hopefully?! an interview by Nov/December. Would love to be moved by Christmas!

Will update my own timeline once we get DQ'd in hopes that others will find it helpful.

Nice! My husband scheduled his today. I know it’s before the interview, but I completely forgot to ask which day. He was on the phone with them for 50 min, though, so just be prepared in case you guys have a long call too

After lurking for a while trying to get an idea of timelines, I can now join in the thread 😄 we were DQ'd today Sep 6th.

I'm guessing we have missed the cutoff for an October interview, so fingers crossed all goes to plan for a November one, and my first New York Christmas with my hubby and family 🎄

I agree and think you have a high probability of being in NY for Xmas this year! And NY is the best at Christmas time. Although, I do really love Manchester and the Christmas markets, too! From the pattern I’ve noticed, you will more than likely get your interview for end of November 😊
