Oh yeah they had loads of available dates when i booked too but i preferred to be on the safe side  😁 i called them last week to check if they have send them to the embassy and they said they have and they were there on 12th 😂 my appointment was on 9th

If you check CEAC you'll see when they were received too, it'll say the date your case was updated.

We've already got return tickets booked, leaving on 29th July and our interview is 17th July. So might be cutting it fine but we did make sure we booked flexible tickets just in case we need to change them! 3 days is super quick though, that's great.

Our tickets are also flexible just to be on the safe side 😄

We're not expecting to recieve IL for another month now as we seem to have missed the cut off.  I'm in mid south wales so wanted to try and time it with a trip to Heathrow either before I fly out to visit my husband next month, or when I pick him up when he visits in August.

I seem to be missing alot of vaccine records so I'm going to need quite a few so perhaps the day before I fly out is not a good idea and given they have alot of availability, I'll try to wait and book it when I have the IL and time it with heading to Heathrow to pick him up in August.

I have a job offer from my current employer in the US (we didn't move to a transfer visa since it would be no faster than this process) so will be heading out to the US pretty quickly after I have my passport back (assuming of course all is well.)

I have the TB - I have the scar.  It's just not on my records.  Hoping they accept that as proof! lol

Thanks, I will contact them about getting the others 🙂

I had TB too but they charged me £50 at the Medical Visit place for my second dose as they said they were a month apart. So basically if you don't have it up to date when you go for your visa medical they will charge you for it on the spot also Hep B is also £50 just heads up is all

Interesting you needed TB again.  I thought that was a once in a lifetime thing?  If I recall as a child, TB was the big needle and that's why we have the scars?

Did you tell the NHS you needed them for immigration purposes when you booked? Or just said you wanted them?

Well i am originally from Bulgaria so when i was a kid my medical records were written on a paper when i try to find them through our electronic system they were non existent so i told my GP that i need them as I don't have them on record anywhere. I did not told them was for immigration purposes.

Looking at the CDC requirements for immigration TB isn’t listed as something that’s needed:

https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/panel-physicians/vaccinations.html#tbl1

Wondering if the medical Center in London are just using it as an opportunity to charge people extra🤔

We had our medicals a couple of weeks ago and didn't get given TB jabs. I'm not sure why @NasUK did? It's not even on the list they gave us of possible options for them to give which is odd.

I really cannot tell you the reason behind it tbh...but when I went to pay for my medicals etc they said you are all up to date with your vaccination now.. 🤷‍♂️
