The letter states that she need scheduled for another interview, however, every time I attempt to schedule an appointment for her, the system indicates that the case number cannot be found.

My mother previously attended an interview a year ago, but due to the high volume of 221g requests, she is required to repeat the medical examination and interview process. I am unsure of who to contact or what steps to take to resolve this issue, as the system continues to display the error message.

You can also submit an online inquiry here https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visa-inquiry-form/ .

What does her case status show on CEAC??  You mention your mother had an interview a year ago and had a "high volume of 221g requests".  Were all the 221g's responded to in a timely manner and have you remained in contact with the embassy over the last year?

Her case status in CEAC is refused because of the 221g that needs another interview. Everything 221g's responded in a timely manner, but this time I'm having trouble with the CGI website that "case ID is invalid". I've already tried the inquiry form, but I haven't heard from them yet. I keep calling the Visa Application Center, but I don't think they know what to do. It's so frustrating because the medical has an expiration date, and it's consuming so much time.

Email US EMBASSY, MANILA.

I attempted to contact them via the inquiry form, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from them despite it being over two weeks since my initial attempt.
