The downside of diversity

For some reason I couldnt edit and wanted to add that;

I personally think that diversity is a wonderful thing and I loved living in London because of the mix of different people, it makes life interesting and once someone lets down their cultural barriers and embrase other cultures etc, so much more is opened up to them.

It's common sense really. People tend to feel most comfortable with people like themselves. That is why most cities have China Towns, Little Italy's ect...

Apparently that is due to poverty and density..

Before we go off on yet another spurious tangent - those comments were made specifically with regard to crime. Nothing else. Do you actually read and remember what people actually say - or do all the wild course changes in your rationale fry your brain?
