Late response, but I arrived in Chicago on the 29th with no incident. The processing took a while since there was a busy queue going on, and the border agent had to ask fellow agents questions a few times. He checked off all the information, asked me a couple of questions like where I'm living, whether I've ever had TB, and that I'm aware I have 90 days to get married.

Took around 10-20 mins once we got to the agent, they took the file without any comment on the Class B annotation. Guess maybe I'll hear something from USPHS eventually, or maybe not? I'll try and keep this post updated if I do, but either way, it turned out to be a complete non-issue at the border, so no cause for concern

Did anyone follow up with you after entering with the visa?

I'm nearly 2 months since my arrival date and have yet to hear anything at all about this notation.

I did overhear the border officer conferring with their colleague about the notation, and from what I could gather, it's not a big deal. The information was entered, but as long ad it's not a Class A, they didn't seem to take much notice.

If I do end up hearing anything back about this notation, I'll make sure to reply to this thread, but as of right now it has been absolutely nothing to worry about!
