Hello,

At the time of i864 submission we submitted the petitioner (temporarily abroad, no US income but some savings) and a joint sponsor and got DQ. Now as interview approaches, the petitioner has a job in the US and sufficient income.

Should we delete the joint sponsor and informthe interviewer?

Should we add additional docs like the contract and pay stubs (only 1 available so far) to the ceac portal? I'm worried it will affect the DQ and restart the clock..

I would see if they will take a new one. You never know.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Delete the whole original financial package and upload a new and updated one from the petitioner.

Won't that walk the DQ back to not yet qualified and reset the clock? That's my concern

No.  It won't.  Do it after you have your interview date.
