Does anyone know how long does it take to receive passport back from the embassy in Montreal?

Honestly I don't know. I mean they have my passport since July 15th but they requested your passport. So maybe I am ahead of you. Try applying for a second passport if you don't hear from them in a week. My suggestion

Yes I am EB1A- Multinational manager category

Do you mean EB1C? EB1A is not for multi national managers and executives. Is your country of birth Canada? Mine is India.

Sorry I meant eb1c multinational manager. My country of birth is Nigeria.  Any update on yours?

Yes they confirmed reciepts of my documents

My senator in CA has offices all over the state besides their DC office. The office that handles immigration concerns is in San Diego, but they aren’t getting back to me so that’s why I reached out to the DC office to get someone else and figure out what’s going on.

No. CEAC is unchanged, last update on case Aug 22. Never heard from Senator, called their DC office again and left a note. It’s just crushing. How about you?

K1. Started this process Feb 2022, interviewed Jan 16. They’ve had passport since April.

I actually got a case update yesterday on CEAC. Didn’t receive an email yesterday or so far today- I was wondering if a generic response was on the way, but not yet.

I actually got a case update yesterday on CEAC. Didn’t receive an email yesterday or so far today- I was wondering if a generic response was on the way, but not yet. 

What case update did you get on CEAC? Did the status change or the last updated date change?

Did you email them or contact them meaning was it solicited?
