3 years?!? What type of visa, what is your Priority Date, and what are you actually trying to do?

It might be worth starting your own new thread so that you can get help, rather than tagging your question on to somebody else's old one.

Our priority date is 2007 and visa type was initially F3 but then our petitioner died . We had first interview in Jan 2024 in which we were told that your petition will be transferred. They did so, and petition was reaffirmed by the USCIS in april 2024. Now our category is F4 . Us embassy has sent email about remedical and we have done it plus they have asked for supporting documents and to resubmit the DS260 forms , but unfortunately we are unable to access the ceac page for the last 3 years , we discussed the same issue during interview , they said they will try to sort out it but still same problem persists.

(I dont know how to start a new thread so just posted my query here )

You say petition was only reaffirmed in April 2024? So how is that 3 years? Is 2024 a typo?

Which country were you born in and what is your exact PD?

i am from Pakistan and PD is july 2007.

I'm not anybody's brother.

You were unable to access the page because your PD isn't current. It still isn't, there is no visa available to you yet.

What you mean it isnt current? We are documentary qualified . And we had welcome letter in 2019.

We are asked to resubmit documents so we should have access to ceac page to submit those respective docs but there is error through which we cant go through.

(sorry for calling you brother)

Those things don't mean your PD is current. What date in July 2007? I thought you said above you were India, but see now you're Pakistan.

I think you're just expecting things too soon, if it was only reaffirmed in April.

Something is not making sense. Please help clarify below.

Why did the case change from F3 to F4? How is F4 applicable to you? Did your sibling petition you in the past or something?

Did USCIS 'reaffirm' petition due to humanitarian reinstatement? Did the petioner (under F3) die before or after the I130 was approved?
