Perceived concern about dates

Timeline

Aloha,

 

Our NOA1 date is May 16. According to processing dates, CSC is processing applications with a NOA1 date of May 28th.

Should this be a source of concern??

You asked if it should be a source of concern.

It should not.  The average is around 85 days, ultimately USCIS won't let you file a case status inquiry until 10 months currently anyway.

The point is, you really shouldn't concern yourself with things you have no control over.  You're very early into the process, exercising patience starting now is going to save you a lot of anxiety in the long run.  Trust me.

Hint:  there will be a similar thread/group for others, like you, who are waiting for approval.   Just have a look on the K-1 forums and I’m sure you’ll find it!
