Has anyone used EU multilingual forms without a translation? I have an official copy of my marriage certificate in the EU standard form formate with the key in multiple languages (including English). Has anyone ever used this form successfully?

Is the official copy stamped? Within EU the multilingual copies do not require stamps to be recognized in another EU country, but for use outside EU you may need an officially stamped/signed copy.

Yes, it has a seal from the Civil Registry, and it is printed on the official paper, etc. My question is if anyone has successfully used this style of form without an English translation since there is a multilingual key (with English included) on the second page of the document (also with a seal).

I recently on VJ a report when multilingual docs were rejected despite English used too in the document.

To be on safe side, you can translate it.

I too have seen this.  Rejecting such documents is an error, but it does happen.

I used it with my birth certificate, no translation was asked for. In fact, it actually said on the list of documents I had to bring that I needed the international copy of my birth certificate.

You could translate but seems redundant because all you would be doing is put the English words on the EU document on a separate piece of paper.
