Awwwww why do you want to reschedule. I think it’s better to attend because it will take a long time for you to get appointment again.

We have this same problem with DRC usvisaappt website, we are unable to register our appointment as it rejects our Case ID number and does not recognize any other numbers. Has anyone been able to advance past this stage and register their appointment? We've reached out to the embassy but their autoreply refers us back to the same usvisaappt website.
