Awwwww why do you want to reschedule. I think it’s better to attend because it will take a long time for you to get appointment again. 
Well go to Accra answers to send the email you will receive response within 2 days.

Go the their website 

scroll down to select visas 

you will see Accra answers 

then you follow steps to send an email.or reschedule appointment
