Entering Case ID in new AVITS system

I wasn't sure how to post directly in the Ghana portal. Ghana has moved over to a new interview appointment platform that has been buggy since it launched Aug 26th. Has anyone been able to successfully add a Case ID yet?

I’m experiencing a lot of difficulties with this new platform. It’s the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m not able to add or remove applicants. The consulate offers absolutely no assistance whatsoever. It sucks a great deal! 
Can anyone help?

This seems to be an issue for all K1 visa appointments. We were told to schedule an interview on the Embassy's prior vendor site (ustraveldocs) but we were unable to schedule an appointment. We paid an agent in Nigeria before the vendor changed to help secure an appointment and were told they were not working on K1 visas yet and once they were be would secure an appointment. Then the embassy changed to the new vendor site on August 26. The new vendor AVITS is not even showing our prior application or Case ID despite having Connors our DS-160 & paying our MRV fee.The instructions were unclear in the new Applicant Visa Information Tracking System (AVITS) site so I created a new profile because the old one didn't work. We then received an email to activate the new user account. Using the link, our old info wasn't there and our case ID didn't work. The service center said we received the wrong link since we already had an account on the prior vendor site. Since that date, we've received no further emails or a timeline when the old account will be merged with the new account. Our agent has no new details and is saying to wait. So frustrating! If anyone has insight can you please respond and advise.

Did you receive notification from the embassy before trying to schedule an appointment?

We received an email that we could schedule our appointment before the ustraveldocs site went down on 8/16/24.

Well if you received an email from the embassy continue to

Yes continue to wait If you received an email from the embassy. Since is a new website they are having issues with it

I am not sure, personally I havnt been able to add my case ID till now

i will be very glad if you assist me on this . I am a dv lottery winner and try to register my appointment on the new us visa appt portal. When putting my case ID it says.

Case id entered is wrong, my other colleagues also experiencing the same can you assist please?

Which consulate? And just to confirm but you've done the DS-260, had an interview scheduled, and now you're just trying to register that interview?

Yes for my friends who went for the interview, they had the same problem. The site is to Register for the location where you will get the passport. They went for the interview and they gave them different options to receive their passport with the visa. So don’t worry the embassy knows it.

When you go tell them it’s not going through or call the embassy or email them 

don’t worry they will give you options my friends received theirs from IOS. Is not your fault

The consulate is the one of the republic democratic of congo DRC, i received my 2nl on october, i went for my medical examination since then i have been struggling to register my appointment online. And unfortunately the main reason why its important is because i would not be able to attend the said that which is basically in a week time , and in order to reschedule your appointment you first of all need to register your appointment, here is the case that  registering my appointment is difficult i keep getting the error message “ the entered case is is wrong, please try again”

Yes dear Agyeman thank you for your response,  medaase wai. 
i tried to contact the embassy but unfortunately its been weeks that i haven’t received a feedback, my main worry is that i want to reschedule my appointment because of an emergency that i need to settle and my interview is in a week time, and per the instructions in order to reschedule you need first of all to register your appointment. What do you suggest me please?
