Finally got to open a new account for my ROC. I called USCIS and they gave me the access code for the case receipt number.

I checked the online documents and it has the Receipt Notice with 48 months extension and the Biometrics Reuse notice.

 

Service Center is TSC.

UPDATE:

 

September 9 - Sent Application

September 10 - USPS update (Delivered to PO BOX AZ)

September 13 - Received a text from USCIS (Notice of Receipt)

September 16 - Check cashed

September 20 - Received Hard copy Notice Receipt with 48 months extension in the mail

Is it really going to take 10+ months to receive the 10 year GC? Unbelievable! Good luck with yours 😁

It can. Mine took around close to 21 months end to end. My case wasn't an exception. Some waited even longer.

 

There is a reason why USCIS is issuing 48 month extension letters.

USPS delivered my case to the Phoenix lockbox on Wednesday, 25th September.
