I-751 September 2024 Filers

Hi! I am starting a thread for September 2024 filers. We wanted to file in August but realized we had more things to file. Yesterday, we finally sent our package and it should arrive to the USCIS tomorrow. 

 

Anyone else who filed or will be filing in September?

We're in! File date 9/3, checked USCIS and got the text today 9/6. Good luck everyone for a quick GC response!

That's awesome. Where did you send yours?

 

Mine went to AZ, it got delivered on Thursday but so far I have not heard back, no message or so. I read that Arizona may take some time to hear back from so now I am just waiting.

Update: I checked the USCIS website and they got it, it's in my account already! Received an email as well. They assigned a receipt number and sent a notice. Happy that this step is done.

Update: Receipt date 9/10, Received 4 yr extension, Re-use Biometrics.

Great! Just a little patience, they seem to be fairly quick so far for us in CA.

September 10 - USPS update (Delivered to PO BOX AZ)

September 13 - Received a text from USCIS (Notice of Receipt)

Got both biometrics and receipt notice in my account last week on Tuesday or Wednesday. So far received only a biometrics reuse letter in the mail (yesterday). Still waiting for the receipt notice.

I can't add my case on my USCIS account cos it says: You cannot add this case to your account because it has already been linked to a USCIS account.

But on my daughter's account (K2) all the updates are showing (Biometric Reuse notice)

 

I'm waiting for the hardcopy Notice of Receipt  (Access Code) so I can make a new USCIS account with the new case number.

Oh, that's weird. For me, it was automatically added. Did you put the right A number? I am sure I've seen this discussion either here or on reddit, so look it up to see how to resolve it.

Yeah I did. Its weird because my daughter had her USCIS Account automatically updated on her case number.

 

But for mine it did not show up. and every time I try to add my case number on my USCIS account the system would not let me.

 

I am just waiting for the hard copy of my Notice of Receipt so I can manually add my case in a different USCIS account.
