Issues with logging back into Ds-160 form

Hi,

 

I started filling out a DS-160 form a few weeks ago the first page asked for my name and date of birth details, I saved the information on that page (as advised) and it logged me out , I tried to log back in with the correct information and they said my year date and surname was incorrect. 

 

Feeling frustrated I resigned from the form and left it a few weeks. I then tried again and created a new application but the same thing happened. 

 

I'm yet again feeling frustrated and don't know what to do as there's not a number to call.

Complete application in one go. Take screenshot of all details too.

This was my thinking and I clicked on the next page button and it logged me back out and I can't get back in.

Also having the same difficulty. This has been happening for a while now. 

Have you had any luck?

I'm afraid I haven't had any success, I'm unsure what to do. As there isn't much support on their website.
