Hi All!

I recently applied for my I-130 & AOS at the same time and it was couriered to the Chicago office 2 weeks ago. At the time, my medical exams were not completed by my doctor and there was a hold up due to my daughter's vaccination history. Anyways, to make a long story short, I sent everything but my I-693's for myself and my daughter and added a note on the cover letter to USCIS to advise that the medicals were pending.

I have not recieved my first notice from USCIS yet, so I am not sure where I should send my medicals now that they are FINALLY complete! Should I send them to chicago and write that it is additional information for our pending files??

Any advice would be great! The USCIS website sucks for this information!

Do not try to send the medical information to USCIS without a RFE... if you do it will get lost and never make it to your file.... Wait a few weeks and I am sure you will get a RFE in the mail asking you to submit the medical details... you then send it back to the address on the RFE making whatever note on the envelope that they tell you to put... it will then get to your file and you wont have to have the medical done all over again....
