Since I-485 can only be filed physically, it’s better to file the rest together physically as well.

yes, but as she is married with me I believe she can file for cuban adjustment as well. wondering if anyone here know more about this.

Sorry, but I don't see the point of that when she’s adjusting in the basis of marriage to a US citizen. There’s no need to make things more complicated than they should be.
