Update for anyone who has selected canada post for delivery of the passport back to you, you can call one of the numbers on the link below to choose either the premm delivery to your home or a different courier service pick up location as Canada post is on stirke:
https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/niv/information/contact_us

I chose BLS as the courier for pickup, I am on Ontario.

What is BLS?

For those of you who chose a Canada post location for the return of your documents and were able to get a hold of a representative so that you could change it or upgrade to home delivery due to the strike. What steps did you guys do, I’ve been going in circles for an hour and I can’t seem to figure out how to get a hold of someone who can fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

Congrats! Was your interview on 2014 or 2024?

Also what's your occupation that triggered a resume request since I was asked for my resume too as I have a PhD in AI

Sorry, it was 2024, not 2014 (typo)!

My profession is chemical/oil and gas engineer. I'm working in the oil and gas sector and I guess my chemical engineering background might have triggered the resume request.

Yes, I have.

I sent an email here (last night): Contactus_en_ca@usvisa-info.com

This email is specified in the message under your ISSUED status in the CEAC login. You can cross reference for peace of mind.

I got a reply from canada.visas@gdit-gss.com (about half an hour ago) with my ticket information and my DS 260 # in the subject line requesting some information.

I'll update on here as they find a solution for me.

This is frustrating. Email Montreal if you haven't and use the words Urgent eMedical help is needed in the subject line. This helps the mail room direct your email to the right person.

Then go on to explain what you need them to do and why.

Update on this. They confirmed receipt of the information they requested. They sent me a notice stating that they've escalated this case to their help desk team.

They said I'll be notified when they find a workaround solution for my circumstance.

Regarding Canada Post Strike, found "If we have not generated your shipment for you yet, it is time to switch to our alternative vendor BLS or consider upgrading to Premium Delivery Service to receive your documents to an address in Canada." on AIS https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/niv/information/announcements#898-canada_post_nationwide_strike_in_effect_20241115155432

May help someone looking to change the location
