Congrats! Did anyone else who’s sent in their passports get a status change today?! We’re still waiting 🥲 was hoping this would be the week. Haven’t had an update since the 25th

I received an update yesterday. Second update after sending medical.

Hi everyone. Just to clarify is this the address to send in the passport and requested documents?

100-1134 Rue Sainte-Catherine O, MONTRÉAL, QC Québec H3B 1H4, CA
also has anyone used their premium service via courier?

I used their courier service. You have to register the service first . if you received the request from them, you should receive an instruction about it.  I remember a link attached in the email navigating me to produce a courier service certificate.

this is the address in my certificate

Service Center: 100-1134 Rue Sainte-Catherine O, MONTRÉAL, QC Québec
H3B 1H4, CA

Thank you for your reply! I just see a link that takes me to instructions on how to send my documents and a list of approved courier services, and my delivery location I selected awhile ago. I also see 2 options for premium one for $26 and another for $24. Do you know anything about that?

I've had 8 updates since our interview. Last one on the 21st on October. I see that the spreadsheet is looking a lot more green these days so fingers crossed for all of us :)

I have a friend who lives by the border and crosses somewhat frequently. Last time she spoke to border agents they said they're trying to push through as many cases as possible before the next election. I hope that means good news for all of us very soon :)

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Your case is still under administrative processing after being refused under section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act on October 1, 2024.

Many factors can trigger the need for administrative processing, including when concerns are raised after the applicant’s biographic or biometric information is processed through national security screening tools, consular screening tools, or at the discretion of the adjudicating officer.

While we cannot predict when the processing of your visas will be completed, please be assured that the Consulate and the State Department are aware of your concerns and will contact you with more information as soon as we can.

As soon as the administrative processing is complete, the Visa Unit will advise of the next steps if anything else is needed to complete processing the case.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
