To Whom it Concerns:

Due to the numerical limit on immigrant visas prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. Derivative applicants cannot be uploaded until an immigrant visa becomes available.

The NVC will keep this petition until an immigrant visa becomes available. The petitioner, principal applicant, or attorney of record will be notified when this petition is eligible for further processing. The principal applicant should not make any firm plans such as disposing of property, giving up jobs, or making travel arrangements at this time. For additional information, review the explanation of numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance below. But my priority Date is eligible current  priority date is 15NOV21 MY priority Date  11NOV17 why i don’t get it ? Thank you for time and helpful advice 🙏

Sounds like you’ve aged out then and are now F2B - as Boiler’s said, you’re a way off your PD being current for that category.

When was your I-130 approved?

OK, so 3.5 years ish for I-130 approval, and you’re now 24? I’d double check using a CPSA calculator but I think you’re now F2B category, so not current.

Nobody here can make that decision for you. That’s something you yourself need to decide on. You must remain unmarried for F2B but I also understand that’s a very long wait. If the petitioner can naturalize and you do marry, then you can keep the petition which will become F3 and you can be eventually be petitioned years from now but at least you can live your life and not worry about this anymore.
