IV and AOS fee payment

I have tried twice on ceac to pay the IV and AOS fee.

They first show paid status and then again after sometimes it shows pay now.

And I receive messages from nvc  that fee is not received by the bank .

I don't why it's happening, although there is no problem in bank .

As I have paid from the same bank for another thing..it has done but for this payment it's causing issue.
