Hi there, can someone please explain to me what is  k1 FTP

My fiance has appointment with VAC

And also interview, but I've never received any FTP. Is it something that NVC will send to me before the interview?

The K1-ftp letter is somewhat a welcome letter but isn't, it just means that they sent to the embassy/ consulate. It could take a couple weeks before you get your packet 3 which explains everything you gotta do before packet 4. Once you get packet 4 then you're able to pay for your fees.

NVC sends the FTP letter through email to the petitioner.
