No response from uscis

I filled I485 from K1 over a month ago. I used FedEx for delivery and I got a delivery confirmation. Over a month now, no receipt and USCIS did not charge the credit card yet. 
 

any idea how I can make inquiry about my case?

It's taking 8-10 weeks nowadays for USCIS to charge card and create a case. Also, occassionally credit card charges get flagged as fraudulent by banks and declined. It's a much safer option to pay with personal check. Writing this for anybody reading in the future who hasn't filed yet.

 

TL;DR there's nothing to worry about now. Give it another month.

Noa1 is taking up to 10 weeks currently. 

If you join your VJ monthly AOS filing forum you will see current issues, advice, common questions.

 

You MAY submit an (currently useless) email enquiry to the Lockbox if you have not received Noa1 within 30 days of it RECEIVED  not sent. Instructions are on the USCIS Contact Us page under Lockbox however again that would useless.

I had the same concern after I had seen many on this forum get their NOA's so quickly. I sent in my package on July 3rd, with FedEx, they received it and signed for it on July 5th, I got my NOA's and biometrics appointment in the mail yesterday dated 08/14, postal stamped 08/16. So it took quite a while to be delivered also. 

 

My checks were cashed the same day USCIS sent out the NOA's (08/16) so as soon as your CC is charged your NOA should be on its way! When did you file?
