Hi all on August 7th the NVC status went to status ready. However me and my fiancée both have not received any more instruction about our next steps.

I had my fiancée fill out the DS-160 already and helped her book her medical but I see online that the Dublin Embassy is supposed to send me (the Petitioner) Some email on instructions on how to get her embassy interview set up.

Has anyone recently had their case go ready at this embassy? Did you all get the packet on the next steps of instructions? If you went through Dublin in the past how long does it take to receive some kind of communication from them?

I have emailed the embassy but I have not heard anything back.

Packet 3 is sent to the visa applicant.  In this case, the applicant is your fiance, the petition beneficiary.

It looks like Ireland uses a 3rd party visa application site.  Your fiance should get an email to create an account and apply/pay for the DS-160.
