Does anyone here know how to get the email from USCIS? We received I-797 on the mail. But we doesnt get the email about I-797 notice and copy of I-129f from uscis. Also the embassy sent the uncertified duplicate of I-129f on the packet 3 without stamp. How to get the certified duplicate of I129f with stamp on it? Thank you in advance.

1) USCIS will not send an email, unless you create an online USCIS account and also apply online.  K1 is paper only and therefore doesn't use the online system.  They also do not send a copy of the I-129F.

2) The I-129F petitioner will get an email from NVC when the petition is sent to the Embassy.

3) The embassy may send a scanned copy of the I-129F to the beneficiary as part of Packet 3.  They do not send a certified duplicate.  The scanned I-129F will have markings from USCIS that showed they have reviewed and approved it.

4) Why are you requesting a certified copy?  The approved I-129F stays with the embassy until they issue a Fiance visa and then they archive it, or they do not approve a fiance visa and send the I-129F back to USCIS for post denial processing.

you shouldn't need a "certified duplicate"

the embassy has the petition with the approval stamp on it.

it is just recommended that you bring a copy of the I-129f that you submitted to the interview, it doesnt need to have the approval stamp on it.

they might not even ask to see the copy you bring, I know they didn't ask my fiance for it at his interview.

As someone who made an oops in their K1 Visa journey, I know for a fact that the only stamped and original, approved I-129F is in the VISA package you get from the consulate with your passport and visa that is SEALED and you SHOULD NOT OPEN (lol!) but hand over to the CBP officer at your port of entry (even if they do not ask for it!), who will then send it to USCIS. So you will receive it but you are not supposed to see it, it's in the sealed visa package together with your complete immigration file.
