Not sure if anyone has seen this, CNN did mention it.

 

We know eight people were injured and three killed - but there’s still no clue as to the motive.

“Both victims and witnesses are currently being questioned. The police are currently searching for the perpetrator with a large team,” officers said in a statement.

 

Apparently someone has now been arrested.

 

I was reading about it yesterday and there seemed lots of clues.....

Since I am a bit captive to watching or at least listening to English speaking channels, I have been hearing about this particularly on BBC.  I heard there may have been one or two or three arrests.  Supposedly the person wielding the assault weapon turned themselves in.  ISIS seems to have taken responsibility, and it seems a refugee center was raided.

Now the basics were on non State controlled Media shortly after the event, I am sure that the BBC and the Guardian were aware. They must have been gutted to be forced to come out with the truth.

Finally!  'Knife Control' in Germany Following Attack on Diversity Festival

 

After a Syrian illegal immigrant attacked and killed three people and wounded eight attending a diversity festival in the town of Solingen, Germany on August 23, Chancellor Olaf Scholz vowed to do something about it.

 

There were 13,844 "knife crime" incidents in Germany in 2023.  So, naturally, Olaf decided the culprit was the knife.  Since you can't put a knife on trial or put a blade in jail, Scholz decided on the next best thing; knife control.
