How long does it take to get passport after CEAC status shows "Issued"

Hello, I wanted to know how long it takes to receive the passport after the status is changed to Issued from embassy, visa type is IR-1 and in Islamabad Embassy in Pakistan.  Does anyone know how long it usually takes, information is updated in usatraveldocs website/profile for pickup in Islamabad.  Its only been 2 days since visa status changed to Issued, but i was just curious if anyone knows.

Your visa is in final processing. If you have not received after 10 working days, please see the webpage for contact information of the Embassy or Consulate where you submitted your application.

In addition, If your visa is approved, you will be informed how and when your passport and visa will be returned to you. Your immigrant visa will be placed on a page in your passport. Please review the printed information right away to make sure there are no errors.
