Filed i-130 inside USA while on TN visa (not spouse or parents or kid)

I am Canadian citizen, on TN visa for 3 years landed in USA and filed i-130 on basis of alien relative(sister is USA citizen). After a month almost I noticed update on my accout about processing time of 6 month to make decision.

I applied a month back from inside the USA. Is it that fast process or estimated processing time is wrong?

It would be your US citizen sister that files I-130 for you and I-130 processing time has nothing to do with visa availability. In the August visa bulletin, F4 visas are becoming available for people with priority dates in 2007 - you likely have a 20 year wait ahead.

Those times are most likely wrong, it is taking a year ish  for cases where a Visa is immediately available and there is no rush in a F4 case. Actually the longer the better.

Total time depends on your Country of birth btw.

Even if the I-130 is approved, you will be waiting a couple decades for your priority date to become current since the numbers are capped, and there is a long queue ahead of you.  In order to adjust status, you would also have to remain in legal status.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

That’s definitely not how that works.

Well deciding is there is a sibling relationship.
