Tourist Visa for my 2 daughters

Hello ,

This is Michelle W from Philippines but married here in US , I am also US Citizen .

We are planning to invite my 2 daughters ( previous relationship)

To come and visit here in US .

My husband cover all  they need. He sponsor all their trip.

My question is  My 2 daughter doesn't have job yet because they just finished school as CNA  ( caregiver).do they need to have job before I will filling application ( YS tourist ) or I can file now even they don't have job. Thank you for your responce.

You don’t file /apply. They each do. They must have convincing evidence that they will be returning to their home country   From the info you have given in your post, it is very likely that they will not be deemed as having strong home country ties. But they wont know for certain until they go through the process. So it is up to them if they want to spend the $ and possible be refused.
