Hello everyone,

my mom was finally approved and she got her passport w her visa yesterday.

I know that we have to pay for the green card now. Which number on the visa is the A number?

Where do I pay? Can I use my USCIS account that I have been using to pay for it?

thanks

The "A" number is the registration number.  You will need that as well as the DOS number.

Pay here:

Since she has her passport with valid immigrant visa, she can travel at any time prior to the expiration date on the visa.

Thanks again.

She did not receive an extra sealed envelope w her passport. Is that ok? or should we contact the embassy?

In order to pay do I need to create a new acount for my mom in the USCIS website, or can I use my account?

Her visa probably says "IV Docs in CCD".  That means her documents were transferred electronically...no envelope.

If you follow the link I gave you, it will tell you how to pay.
